Which gel works with your coffee?
Original Gold Sea Moss Gel is our simplest blend: sea moss, spring water and fresh key limes. Choose it if you want to keep your usual coffee flavour at the centre of the drink.
For a spiced latte, try Honey, Turmeric & Ginger. Ginger brings a zesty note, turmeric an earthy flavour and raw honey sweetness. Taste before adding your usual sweetener.
Berry Blast pairs blueberries with key lime and honey. We suggest starting with it in a fruit smoothie or yoghurt if you prefer to keep berry flavours separate from coffee. Both flavoured gels contain honey.
A simple way to mix your first cup
- Make your coffee as usual and let it reach a comfortable drinking temperature.
- Measure a little gel with a clean spoon. Our gel pages suggest 1–2 tablespoons daily; follow your pouch directions and count any gel you use in other food or drinks.
- Stir the gel into a little coffee first, then add the rest of the cup. Taste and check the texture.
- Add your usual milk or plant-based drink if you like, and return the pouch to the fridge.
