Returns and Refunds

If tracking shows that an order was not accepted or picked up, or that nobody was home and the order is returned to Sea Essence, the customer pays £7.50 for re-shipping. If the customer chooses a refund instead, £7.50 is deducted from the refund.

Please contact us promptly about any return request so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory UK consumer rights. Any applicable cooling-off rights still apply.
