Shipping

We aim to prepare and ship orders within up to 3 days of order placement. Delivery estimates are guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Returns and re-shipping

If tracking shows that an order was not accepted or picked up, or that nobody was home and the order is returned to Sea Essence, the customer pays £7.50 for re-shipping. If the customer chooses a refund instead, £7.50 is deducted from the refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory UK consumer rights. Any applicable cooling-off rights still apply.
