UK shipping

Express Signed Shipping starts at £3.50, with a free option for orders with a qualifying order value of £40 or more. Order preparation is estimated at 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. After dispatch, estimated transit is 1–2 business days for paid UK shipping and 2–4 business days for free UK shipping, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates are guidance only and are not guaranteed. Returns

For a standard change-of-mind return of a new, unused product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returns are by post, and you arrange and pay for the return label and postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not offer exchanges or charge a restocking fee. Refund processing is up to 14 days, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. Read our Returns and Refunds Policy for the process and statutory cancellation rights.

Undelivered orders and re-shipping

If tracking shows that an order was not accepted or picked up, or that nobody was home and the order is returned to Sea Essence, the customer pays £4 for re-shipping.

If the customer chooses a refund instead, a £7.50 deduction for the undelivered parcel applies only where permitted by law. This does not limit any statutory entitlement to a full refund.
