Shipping policy

UK shipping

Express Signed Shipping starts at £3.50. A free Express Signed Shipping option is available for orders with a qualifying order value of £40 or more. Available shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout.

Order preparation and delivery estimates

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. After dispatch, estimated transit is 1–2 business days for paid UK Express Signed Shipping and 2–4 business days for free UK shipping, Monday to Friday. The combined estimates are 2–5 business days for paid shipping and 3–7 business days for free shipping.

Delivery estimates are guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Undelivered orders and re-shipping

If tracking shows that an order was not accepted or picked up, or that nobody was home and the order is returned to Sea Essence, the customer pays £4 for re-shipping.

If the customer chooses a refund instead, a £7.50 deduction for the undelivered parcel applies only where permitted by law. This does not limit any statutory entitlement to a full refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory UK consumer rights. Any applicable cooling-off rights still apply.
