How To Use

DAILY WELLNESS Start with your Sea Moss Gel

Enjoy your Sea Moss Gel according to the product directions, either on its own or added to your usual drink or smoothie.

CLEANSE Use your chosen soap

Wet the skin and soap, create a lather and massage gently over the areas you want to cleanse.

BODY Add the Soap Bag

For body cleansing, place the bar inside the Exfoliating Soap Bag and use gentle pressure. Avoid aggressive scrubbing.

NOURISH Finish on damp skin

Rinse, lightly towel dry and leave the skin slightly damp. Warm a small amount of Body Butter between your palms and massage it into the skin.

Cleanse. Rinse. Keep skin damp. Body Butter second.
