Dispatch and Delivery:
- Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch so we can freshly prepare your Sea Moss Gel.
- Gel orders placed over the weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) will be dispatched on Mondays.
- All orders are sent frozen to ensure they stay fresh during transit.
- Missed deliveries or incorrect addresses added at checkout will result in a £5 redelivery charge.

Storage:
- Products that are not stored correctly in the refrigerator will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Your sea moss has a shelf life of 2-3 weeks, beginning right away once it is delivered.
- Please store it in the back of the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-3 degrees Celsius to ensure freshness and longevity.

- Our sea moss gel has very little odor. However, as it is a product of the sea and we do not add any preservatives or chemicals, the odor may become stronger with time. This is 100% natural.
- Our sea moss is virtually tasteless, and we add freshly squeezed key lime to give it a fresher taste.
- Our different blends may affect the flavor profile slightly.
